I currently have many biweekly spots open and limited weekly spots open! I focus on helping my clients reach their goals and learn about them to help them reach these goals. I don't claim to know you as you know yourself, you know your brain better than I do. I view myself as someone who is privileged to help you along your mental health journey teaching you new skills, strategies, and offering different therapeutic styles and techniques.
