I believe that we are relational beings, and the pathway towards healing is through connection. Together, we can explore how our experiences impact the way we show up in our current relationships with others and ourselves. It is my role to set a trusting, compassionate and non-judgmental container that allows for deeply authentic self-expression. From this place, we can illuminate blind spots, examine coping strategies, and begin the work of healing on a nervous system level. I work with all ages and apply a combination of EMDR, parts work, play therapy, and CBT-related interventions for a wide variety of presentations.
