My orientation is eclectic with a focus on family dynamics utilizing cognitive behavioral, psychoeducational, motivational enhancement, exposure response prevention (ERP) and I-CBT, reality therapy, trauma therapy including EMDR and other relevant therapies. I work with individuals, couples, and families and have a family systems orientation.
