I am accepting new individual & couples clients for virtual and in-person appointments. I have openings in my virtual DBT Group. Are you struggling with "adulting"? Do you find yourself looking around and needing a grown up? (Only to realize... crap, that's me!). I offer services for individuals, couples, and families with adult family members (no youth services provided). I love working with folks asking big questions- it may be about past experiences, spirituality, gender, etc- and getting into the gritty details of learning new skills and building sustainable habits to support our overall health.
