With over 35 years as a Special Education Teacher and Counselor, I use a psychodynamic and holistic approach that integrates mind, body, and spirit. My work focuses on nurturing personal growth, deepening self-understanding, and helping clients heal old wounds while building resilience and renewed possibility. I believe in the process of our God-given life and therefore respect the unfolding of each individual person.
