I approach therapy with a human lens, creating the space to build an authentic therapeutic relationship. I find value in collaborating ideas during sessions, asking you self-reflective questions, and providing a space for growth and honesty. I don’t believe in a “quick fix” or “one-size-fits-all” treatment, I encourage embracing the natural range of the human experience, while making shifts that are a good fit for you.
