My name is Mara Owens, LPC, and I am a person-centered counselor who will work with you to find the approach that best helps you find your peace and self-possession. I became a counselor to help others by using lived experience and a deep investment in giving people the person they need to walk along the path to wellness. I am deeply invested in working with those coping with Anxiety, Depression, OCD, and trans-affirming care. I also have a deep understanding of grief work. I'm always going to take your lead, and I won't use a therapist's voice. I promise.
