I believe we all have the capacity to live and create authentic lives where we can honor our needs even in the midst of feeling shaken by personal or world events. Sometimes we get stuck or are so overwhelmed or overstimulated with big feelings that we can't seem to find ways to show up for ourselves and the life we daydream about. I love helping people learn new coping strategies and find thinking patterns and insights that make a shift in their lives. I have watched people change when they didn't think they could and it is so beautiful witnessing people create healthy relationships with themselves.
