I love working with artists and intuitive, creative people who are interested in “going deep” in therapy. I believe that we all have the innate ability to heal, grow, and break patterns, but sometimes we need support in gathering more tools to be able to do so. I utilize tools from Internal Family Systems, psychodynamic, emotion focused, and attachment-based lenses. My approach to counseling is relational, meaning I will ask you to both notice how you relate to me in our sessions, and how you relate to yourself and your body.
