My clients are looking for support to develop a positive and empowered relationship to their bodies, identities, self-esteem, and creativity. They want to cultivate vulnerability, harmony, and depth in their relationships, to address symptoms related to trauma, neglect, and disempowerment, and to expand their capacity for joy, simple pleasure, neutrality, and resilience. My lenses include Emotionally-Focused Therapy, Somatic Experiencing (SE), Internal Family Systems, Organic Intelligence, and mindfulness.
