I enjoy working with a variety of ages and identities. I started my career focused on supporting kids and teens with a variety of behavioral and mental health concerns. I have since grown to also love working with individual adults who may be experiencing heightened stress or mood imbalances. I believe every individual is capable and deserving of living a life of self-compassion and well-being. My priority is to build a supporitve and genuine relationship with each of my clients. My leading value as a therapist is to provide an approach that is gentle, direct, compassionate, and authentic.
