I am a relational therapist with a love of all things messy and human. My specialties include eating disorders, body image work, identity exploration, LGBTQIA+ issues, relational and attachment wounds, trauma, and neurodiversity. My goal in all my work is to be a companion, an outside perspective, and a soft landing through the natural pains and joys of life. When I'm not at work, you can find me writing stories, having thoughtful conversations with my cats, and being as much of a nerd as possible.
