I know finding the right fit for a therapist can be a bit like shopping for a sofa: try a bunch before finding the one that makes you want to rest and stay a while. I am a licensed professional counselor and a licensed marriage and family therapist. My work is relational at its core, whether I am working with individuals, or larger units.
