Currently, I am only accepting individual adult clients ages 18+. I enjoy working with individuals who are open to changing their cognitive beliefs as needed, personal growth and problem-solving. My belief is that each individual has potential to make changes in their life as needed. I believe with commitment a person can make changes and reach their goals with constructive tools and positive coping skills. I have experience working with teens and adults. I have worked with individuals dealing with all types of mental health issues as well as working through all different types of relationship issues.
