I have extensive experience assisting clients with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship distress, legal challenges, substance abuse & recovery issues, transition difficulties, and other life challenges. My approach is direct, yet compassionate and non-judgmental. I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy, and partner with clients to reach mutually agreed upon goals.
