I have both professional and personal experience in helping others overcome Childhood Trauma, PTSD, Domestic Violence, and Narcissistic Abuse. My goal is to focus on helping individuals heal from the impacts of the trauma experienced in their life and help them learn to heal, overcome and thrive. Helping individuals and families understand how their past and present intersect and impact their present functioning. I hope to partner with you to create a future of mental and emotional well-being.
