I'm here for when you feel stuck and overwhelmed. It is really hard to be human and I want to help you to figure out what is getting in the way of the life you want to live and how we can make that easier for you. Most people reach out to me when they're feeling stuck or have just had a big life change. We can look at what is challenging you in the moment - relationships, managing responsibilities, adjusting to a recent move, beginning/graduating college, and/or starting a new job. We'll come up with strategies to navigate those changes and find creative ways to make things easier. Helping you be more you.
