My practice is a sanctuary where the tender work of becoming whole unfolds—where the fragments of your stories find their way back to each other through patience, presence, and profound witnessing. For fourteen years, I have walked alongside souls brave enough to turn toward their wounds, to befriend their exiled parts, and to discover that healing lives in the very places that’s been abandoned.
I hold space for your relationships—those you tend with others and the one you cultivate within. Through parts work, you learn to welcome home every aspect of self, even those long shadowed by shame or silence.
