I work with teens and adults, helping them understand their emotions, build resilience, and reconnect with what feels true and whole. Symptoms can be a calling to deeper self-connection. Using a compassionate, creative approach, I support those facing personal growth challenges, trauma, stressful or overwhelming experiences, anxiety, and mood disorders.
