I work with a wide variety of people and therapeutic issues, including: LGBTQIA2S+, neurodivergence, anxiety, PMDD/PME, grief & loss, mood concerns (including bipolar and depression), polyamory/ENM, healing from difficult childhoods and other traumas, helping others be kinder to themselves and develop a better relationship to their emotions, support navigating relational dynamics and communication difficulties, and unpacking oppression and privilege.
