I specialize in EMDR therapy for PTSD, complex trauma, anxiety, and unresolved childhood experiences. I specialize in helping adults and children heal trauma through EMDR and integrative trauma therapy. I incorporate parts work, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation to support deep emotional processing and integration. I’m also trained in low-dose Ketamine-Assisted EMDR and IADC, which can bring meaningful relief from the pain of grief and loss.
