I use EMDR, a therapy that desensitizes trauma. First responders, medical professionals, those with life limiting illnesses and caregivers can experience multiple traumas. Many can experience isolation, anger, anxiety or relationship issues as things stack up in life. Family relationships can be significantly impacted by responses and reactions to built up trauma. We are built to connect but sometimes the things we see or experience in life can stick with us in ways that change who we are. Many work hard to build walls to protect them but these things can break down over time. If you're experiencing this, I'm here to work with people just like you.
