My aim is to help clients find the blocks that keep them from living the lives they desire. Together, we will peel back the layers of societal, developmental, and traumatic conditioning to get to authenticity of who you are. My goal is to help clients live more genuine and aligned lives by building internal safety. To do this, we will work on building strong emotional foundations, learn to connect to the wisdom of the body, and move through discomfort to find ease. I guide clients towards learning the "why's" and "how's" of their patterning and behaviors in order to make peace with all parts of themselves.
