Kim McLean

I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing ( EMDR) and utilize a variety of evidence-based practices to provide each client with a collaborative and effective therapeutic outcome. Accepting new clients! I enjoy working with teens and young adults experiencing a wide range of issues. I believe the path to wellness is possible for everyone, and each journey is different. I aim to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgemental space for my clients to explore their relationships with themselves, others, and the world. I use a relational approach and incorporate a systems lens to understand how relationships, culture, and society impact our well-being. I have a passion for utilizing the strengths of my clients and providing a grounding presence through the complex emotions that can arise during therapy.
