I am an EMDR-certified therapist with training in IFS and perinatal mental health care. Using EMDR, we can gently process painful memories and experiences that continue to impact you today, often without needing to relive them in detail. Through an IFS-informed lens, we’ll get to know the different “parts” of you—protective, wounded, or overwhelmed—with curiosity and care, rather than criticism.
