Through the cyclical nature of life, we all experience times of prosperity and times of struggle. The struggles, challenges, and traumas we face can become overwhelming and manifest in our mind, body, emotions, energy, and spirit. This can leave us feeling hopeless, anxious, depressed, and feeling like we are stuck. Healing from past challenges and traumas can allow us to envision and step into a future of prosperity and peace.
