My clinical focus includes first responders, law enforcement, medical personnel, teachers, clergy, and those who serve in important and difficult places. I specialize in trauma healing and integration, managing chronic disease and pain, living in addiction recovery, aging, and rural isolation. We heal in relationships-family, friends, animals, nature, or with a higher power. Exploring those relationships and how they serve or challenge you will be part of our work. Our relationship matters as well. I promise to be a direct, kind, humorous, and trustworthy companion who pays close attention to your physical and emotional health.
