Although my work is mainly influence by a Psychodynamic approach, I often draw from many other techniques in order to best be supportive. Through our work together we will explore the pervasive narratives and patterns that have led you to embody these uncomfortable and painful feelings. Through exploring past dynamics and identifying present difficulties, we will work towards increasing awareness and understanding of self.
