Everything in life comes back to relationships. When we intentionally nurture our relationships to others, we deepen our connection to ourselves. I invite couples to explore hidden emotions, desires, and fears to deepen intimacy for more fulfilling emotional and sexual connections. I also work with individuals and families navigating acculturation or healing from religious trauma. I especially enjoy supporting BIPoC and LGBTQ+ clients seeking to explore their identity and sexuality, partners navigating consensual non-monogamy and/or intercultural relationships, and parents adjusting to the tender postpartum period and beyond.
