I am passionate about helping late-diagnosed ADHD adults find self-understanding, self-acceptance, and stability. My clients often come in with needs related to anxiety, depression, self-worth, shame, perfectionism, or trauma. We work together to move past “survival mode,” and into growing, thriving, and wholeheartedly living.
I engage in a collaborative, client-centered approach to therapy that is based on the belief that all of us have the innate power to find the best solutions for ourselves, make positive changes in our lives, and attain our fullest potential.
