Hi, I’m Katrin “Kat” Wood, MAAT, Professional Counselor Associate (OR), LMHCA (WA), ATR-P, RYT. I work with clients on a range of issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, dissociation, and relationship challenges. Many people I support feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. My approach is creative, compassionate, and trauma-informed, using art, mindfulness, and playfulness to open new paths to healing. I welcome people of all identities and backgrounds, offering a safe, affirming space to process your story, build resilience, learn new skills and move toward a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.
