I use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), as well as other therapy approaches, to help process traumatic memories, reduce distress, and foster healing. I currently have immediate openings. I am a licensed clinical social worker focused on working with adults that have been affected by trauma or other major life transitions and events.
At times, it is hard to know how or where to begin processing these experiences. My sessions will support your healing journey by offering insights into your emotions, thoughts, and provide ways to gain a calm and regulated mind and body.
Taking the first step towards therapy can feel like an intimidating process, my commitment is to provide warmth and safety. I bring compassion, intention, curiosity, and an occasional dose of humor to the session.
