I serve adults with a wide range of challenges including substance use disorders, depression, anxiety, stress, chronic illnesses, end-of-life issues, caregiver fatigue, life-transitions, relationship issues, career challenges, and grief and loss. One of my main specialties is pet loss grief support. Additionally, when I lived in the state of North Carolina I held a LCAS license (the equivalent of a CADC-III in Oregon). This training makes me a great match for people who are exploring their use of alcohol, cannabis, or other drugs, experimenting with harm-reduction, or are in a program of Recovery.
