My approach is relational and unique to each client. I work with elders, adults, teens, pre-teens, couples, families, and with the developmental tasks of each life stage. I often assist clients wanting greater self confidence, vitality, authenticity, satisfaction and meaning in daily life. I create a safe environment in which more fulfilling approaches to relationship can be experienced. I explore with clients ways to move beyond negative impacts of past loss or trauma, and places that feel "stuck." I bring methods to address each client's goals, and to help decrease limitations associated with anxious or depressive symptoms.
