I am a Queer therapist, who is licensed in both Oregon and Washington and have worked in the field of Mental Health and Substance Use Disorders for 20+ years. I am person centered, relational and utilize practices from the following modalities: Brainspotting, Mindfulness, Somatic Awareness, Motivational Interviewing, Parts Work, The Invitation to Change Approach, CBT, DBT, 12 step, Harm Reduction and Self Compassion. Additionally I do assessments and letters for GAC.
