I offer psychotherapy for individuals. Often people first come to therapy because they are feeling stuck, struggling with self-esteem, experiencing a life crisis or with relationship struggles or conflicts. In our work together, I will provide a thoughtful and compassionate space in which current and past patterns and experiences can be thought about and worked through. This leads to the ability to make changes and move forward toward a more productive, connected, satisfying, and joyful life.
