You struggle with how you feel about yourself. You never feel like you are “enough.” You are swimming in self-doubt and all you see are your imperfections. Your inner critic is always on overdrive. Sometimes you just wish it would let up for a bit so you could have a moment of peace. It hurts to treat yourself this way, but you don't know another way to be.
