I bring my 35 years of training from EMDR, gestalt, NLP, Self psychology and a little known discovery called the window of consolidation. I meet with adults aged 19+ on how to get unstuck from feeling unworthy, how to stop being held hostage by the past, how belief creates your perception of reality, how to let go of family or societal expectations, true choices vs. ineffective choices, problem solving through life vs. thriving in life.
