I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with eighteen years experience in Lake Oswego, Oregon. I work with clients in-depth, most often 1-2 times a week or more. I offer therapy to adults, both individuals and couples. Together we find patterns of thinking and feeling linked to entrenched behavior. The work helps integration so clients can have a better understanding and a more robust life. I help people with anxiety, depression, addiction, divorce, parenthood and many other challenges. Psychotherapy combined with practical application can produce a much different result including fulfillment.
