I believe that every client has the potential for health and wellness regardless their situation. I have dealt with many issues including, mood, thoughts, anxiety, attention, eating, gender, sexuality, spirituality, substance use, and compulsive behaviors. I want to meet you where you are. While they may not be ready to make immediate changes, planting the seeds of health and wellness are my ultimate goals. I work with adults and youth at least 11 years old.
