Some folks appreciate concrete coping, relaxation, non-violent communication, or parenting tools. Others seek support in clarifying a calling, improving relationships, healing trauma, understanding family of origin inclinations, problematic cycles, better understanding their thoughts, emotions, or choices, or integrating parts of the self.
