Is the current state of the world wearing on you? Are you struggling to make sense of it all? It’s hard out there right now! Therapy can be a place for you to explore these feelings and find a means of coping through this hellscape. Let’s create a space for you to navigate through all this and work towards that light at the end of the tunnel. My goal is to assist you through all of this, as well as any other life experiences you may be having, such as depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, intersectional struggles, or self-esteem issues. I am especially sensitive to those impacted by LGBTQ issues.
