My clients come with a variety of life experiences that have led them to therapy. Whether it is your first time in therapy, your fiftieth time, or you just stumbled upon this website, I encourage you to reach out. Life is hard, and there is strength in asking for help. I am a strong advocate to de-stigmatize mental health. I believe everyone has potential to reach their goals, and in my practice, I emphasize autonomy. Treatment will focus on what you want, while we work collaboratively on a plan to get there. I believe in letting you make your own decisions. Sometimes we just need a little help.
