My work in mental wellness is guided by the belief that all humans have the ability to heal when they have the tools and safe space to do so. My hope is to provide that space where folks can show up as their authentic self, free from fear of judgment. I believe that we are shaped by our experiences and our environments, and my goal in this work is to support people in investigating and making meaning of their stories and their contexts with compassion.
