Clients that have been drawn to work with me include: those in the LGBTQIA+ community, neurodivergent clients (autism spectrum, ADD/ADHD, and highly sensitive people), those in the healthcare system, and older adults. I tend to work best with those who value a relational approach to therapy as my approach tends to be sensitive, perceptive, intimate, co-regulating, and attachment-informed. Overall, my ideal client is anyone who is dedicated to self-work and interested in the types of experiential therapy that I offer.
