I have been a therapist since 1985, specializing in relationship issues, anxiety, depression, parenting, co-parenting, long-term substance use recovery, and adult children of alcoholic or dysfunctional families. After graduating with a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, I moved from Indiana to the Pacific Northwest and have called it home ever since. I enjoy biking, hiking, science and spending time with my family. My passion is in working with people who are curious about themselves. I work with adults and couples and have extensive background with substance abuse treatment and recovery.
