I have extensive experience working with adults struggling with substance abuse issues, depression, anxiety, past trauma, relationship issues, and with those who are just feeling stuck and unsure how to move forward in their lives. I am a Transpersonal Psychotherapist, however I also use an eclectic approach based on clients needs, with an emphasis on Motivational Interviewing, DBT, and EMDR. I graduated from Naropa University in 2011 and have worked in the counseling field since that time as a therapist, clinical trainer, and clinical supervisor in residential and outpatient settings.
