Drawing on nearly two decades as a trauma and couples therapist—and 30 years in professional helping roles—I provide client-centered support, evidence-based coaching interventions, and practical tools that foster personal, relational, and professional growth—without the stigma associated with a mental health diagnosis, an illness-centered lens, or licensure-based geographic limits.
