Drawing from EMDR, DBT-informed skills, and a person-centered lens, I help clients reclaim safety, agency, and connection to their whole self. My clinical foundation was built in crisis care, preceded by three years in wilderness therapy supporting youth through transformational, emotional journeys. These experiences shaped my belief that healing isn’t about quick fixes — it’s about safety, understanding internal systems, and reconnecting with a sense of wholeness.
