I firmly believe that there is power in lending an ear and meeting someone where they are at through providing empathy and support. With that support change is possible, and clients can work towards seeing the growth an healing they desire. I primarily work with individuals 13+ who are dealing with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, divorce/separation support, communication & self-esteem issues and men's issues.
